Assistant Psychologist (A&E Audit)
Psychology Graduate – Clinical Psychology Audit and Evaluation Assistant
About the Role We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and highly motivated psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience before progressing to further applied training in clinical psychology. This critical role focuses on delivering an audit and evaluation of young people presenting to A&E in a crisis within the Bromley Borough. The postholder will:
- Assist in clinically-related administration
- Complete audits, data collection, and analysis of statistics
- Assist in audit, evaluation, or research projects
- Develop presentations and educational materials
- Collaborate under the close supervision of a Clinical Psychologist and with the Lead Consultant Psychologist
Responsibilities
- Capture and manage clinical data for audit and evaluation purposes
- Utilise Excel and SPSS for data analysis and reporting
- Create high-quality audit reports and presentations for multidisciplinary teams, including local commissioners
- Present findings to professional stakeholders
- Support teaching and project work within CAMHS

Requirements
- Psychology graduate with a keen interest in progression to clinical psychology
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in Excel and SPSS
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability with attention to detail
- Desirable: Interest in working with children and young people
