Job Purpose
To assist the Quantity Surveying team in managing costs and contracts for drylining and associated interior projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance with building regulations and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to risk management and value engineering exercises for drylining solutions.
- Support in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Assist with measurement and valuation of works during projects including drylining, partitions, ceilings, and plastering.
- Help in preparing interim and final accounts.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate cost control.
- Maintain records of variations, claims, and progress reports.
- Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractors.

Skills & Qualifications
- Degree, HNC or diploma in Quantity Surveying (or working towards it).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally Bluebeam.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
Desirable Attributes
- Previous experience in drylining or interior fit-out projects (minimum of 2 years experience).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of drylining systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Full driving licence and own transport
