The Role – Assistant Quantity Surveyor
A full-time position based in Essex and London offices, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with a Quantity Surveyor to support procurement and administrative tasks
- Procurement of building materials
- Maintaining and updating materials management schedules
- Assisting the Quantity Surveyor with:
- Pricing variations
- Processing monthly applications
- Managing and maintaining accurate project records

Previous experience in an AQS (Assistant Quantity Surveyor) role is essential.
