Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor
I’m working exclusively with a growing main contractor with a turnover of around £10m, who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager as part of their next phase of growth, offices are based in Cambridge.
The business delivers a mix of refurbishment and new build projects, with a strong pipeline of repeat work and long-standing client relationships.
This is a key hire for the company and would suit either an established Commercial Manager or a Senior QS ready to step up into a more senior, influential role.

The Role Take ownership of the commercial function across multiple projects Manage costs from pre-construction through to final account Oversee subcontract procurement and package management Lead on valuations, variations and cost reporting Work closely with Directors and operational teams Support the continued growth and structure of the commercial team
