This is an opportunity to join a growing London-based contractor and developer delivering residential, mixed-use and regeneration schemes, with a strong pipeline across new build and recladding projects.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial team across housing, student accommodation, and co-living developments, gaining hands-on experience in cost management, procurement, and project delivery within a fast-paced environment that values ambition and career progression.

What We're Looking For
- Ideally 2+ years' experience as a Trainee QS, Apprentice QS, or Assistant QS
- Some experience within construction or residential projects - ideally high-rise projects with a main contractor or developer
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Important: This is not a graduate role - you must have hands-on experience already
