- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as Seven rooms and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
- Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements.
- Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests.
- Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
