Assistant Restaurant Manager
Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury 5 Country Hotel, Berkshire*
Salary: £45,000 + Service Charge & Bonus Location: Berkshire
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a Luxury 5 Hotel* in Berkshire. We are looking for a talented, well-organised individual with a passion for Food & Beverage (F&B). This role offers a chance to join a luxury group with excellent career development opportunities.

A Luxury 5 Country Hotel & Spa* set within a historic estate.
About the Position
- Team Management: Manage the team to ensure high staff morale
- Training & Development: Oversee training protocols and team upskilling
- Food & Wine Expertise: Master the food menu and wine list, sharing insights with guests and staff
- Managerial Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Extensive background in fine dining
- Proven track record: Previous experience in a high-end restaurant
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Food & Beverage (F&B)
- Passion: A lifelong love for wine
- Leadership: Natural leadership abilities with exceptional communication skills
