Assistant Restaurant Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for a key position within our award-winning restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are seeking a passionate, experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Ingliston family.

Palomino’s at Ingliston Country Club & Hotel is an award-winning busy and popular restaurant with a team to match.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, Your Role Includes

  • Working alongside and supporting the Restaurant Manager
  • Preparation and allocation of rotas
  • Team briefings (pre- and post-shift)
  • Close Liaison with the kitchen
  • Overseeing bookings on our booking system Open table
  • Responsible for daily operation of the Restaurant
  • Welcoming all guests and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Following opening and closing of the business procedures
  • Managing and directing staff members
  • Communicating with the wider team on any important issues and ideas
  • Handling and resolving feedback or issues as they arise
