Assistant Restaurant Manager Pavyllon London
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Pavyllon London, the modern French restaurant by Chef Yannick Alléno. About Pavyllon London
Pavillon London is the UK outpost of Chef Yannick Alléno’s celebrated modern French dining concept. Chef Alléno is one of the world’s most accomplished chefs, holding 17 Michelin stars across 19 restaurants worldwide. His cuisine blends classical French technique with innovation and a strong emphasis on seasonality and local produce. Pavyllon London offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience, delivering precision, personality, and contemporary French cooking underpinned by exceptional service.
The role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager and the senior leadership team in the day to day operation of Pavyllon London. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, leading and developing the restaurant team, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects both the Pavyllon brand and Four Seasons standards. You will be a visible and influential presence on the floor, leading by example and helping to embed a positive, professional, and performance driven culture within the restaurant.
What you will do
- Support the overall operation of the restaurant across all services
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure service is delivered with consistency, warmth, and attention to detail
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the team
- Support scheduling, payroll controls, and labour management
- Work closely with the kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care, ensuring resolution and loyalty
- Uphold all Four Seasons policies, service standards, and health and safety procedures
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or strong Restaurant Supervisor ready to progress
- Background in luxury hospitality, ideally fine dining or Michelin starred environments
- Strong leadership presence with a calm and professional approach
- Passion for food, wine, and modern service culture
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A guest focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Right to Work in the UK
