What You'll Do

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll stand beside the Restaurant Manager and become our trusted partner for exceptional service. Here’s how we’ll make pizza (and careers) happen together:

  • Backstage leadership – Lead the team under the Restaurant Manager, ensuring stunning efficiency and deliciously consistent foodservice.
  • Ambassador for quality – You’ll champion every pizza that leaves the oven, every plate served, and every bit of passion infused in the experience.
  • Coach and inspire – Turn staff into a tightly bonded team and spearhead a supportive culture where every team member thrives.
  • Multitask like a maestro – Juggle busy shifts, expertly manage feedback, and guarantee seamless deliveries across operations, admin, and people management.
  • Eyes on the details – Oversee stock, schedules and financial harmony, safeguarding both quality and profit margins.
  • Step up as leader – Step into the driving seat when the Manager needs backup, keeping the Franco Manca magic alive and buzzing.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an extraordinary hospitality personal ready to lead with enthusiasm, charm and passion for legend.

You’ll deliver in these ways:

  • Be a riera in managing restaurant staff, with previous Management or Supervisory Experience in Hospitality or Fine Dining environments (minimum 1-2 years).
  • A natural genre for leading – shining under pressure, motivating teams, and fostering a brilliant guest experience.
