The Role

Your Responsibilities
- Adhering to opening and closing procedures to ensure the smooth daily operations within our restaurant
- Conducting effective shift briefings to keep the team updated on VIPs, special occasions, and daily goals
- Demonstrating exemplary service attributes consistent with industry and company standards. This includes fulfilling guest requests and exceeding expectations, effectively handle and resolve guest complaints, maintaining a high level of menu and service knowledge, and being attentiveness to guest needs
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of health, hygiene, and first aid safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assisting with staffing needs by assessing daily and weekly requirements and adjusting schedules as needed
Personal Specification
Essentials
- Have previous experience in a supervisory role within restaurants or hospitality industry
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience
- Have exceptional knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Have exceptional people skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent organisational skills and attention/eye for detail
Desirables
- Have experience with large volume covers
- Have Food Safety Training
- Have knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

Additional Information
- Full-time contract - 40 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days a week
- £32460.96 per annum
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business such as working evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- Hold the relevant Right to Work in the UK, not requiring future sponsorship
