As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Cadogan, you will join our fantastic F&B team who look after each other, our amazing property, and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Support the Restaurant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
- Deliver exceptional guest service and lead the team by example
- Supervise, coach, and support the restaurant team to maintain high service standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, reservations, and smooth daily operations
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure accurate cash handling and completion of opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
- Complete effective shift handovers
