Assistant Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining
At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining to join our team in Theo Randall’s award-winning Italian Restaurant, with an immediate start!

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Fine Dining team
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to support the leadership of one of London's premier dining destinations, delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations while inspiring and developing a talented team.
What you'll be doing
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure every service is delivered flawlessly, creating memorable moments for every guest.
You will:
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional luxury service throughout every shift.
- Support the day-to-day operation of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the restaurant team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Build genuine relationships with guests, recognizing preferences and creating personalized dining experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sommelier, and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- Support labor management, stock control, scheduling, and cost efficiencies.
- Drive revenue through exceptional product knowledge, wine recommendations, and premium upselling.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and luxury brand standards.
- Take ownership of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

What we're looking for
You'll be passionate about luxury hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
You'll ideally have:
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience within luxury or fine dining restaurants.
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager position.
- Previous experience within a five-star hotel or internationally recognized luxury hospitality brand.
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
- A strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and luxury service standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing costs, labor, and revenue performance.
- Food Safety certification (essential).
- WSET or equivalent wine qualification (desirable).
