Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’re not just helping manage daily operations for one of our hotel dining outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.


Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Oversee daily operations: Assist with managing outlet operations, including:

    • Guest service standards
    • Product quality
    • Inventory management
    • Cost controls
    • Profitability
    • Marketing and budgeting
    • Enforcing policies and procedures
  • Enhance guest experiences: Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to:

    • Monitor service and product quality
    • Address guest feedback
    • Resolve outstanding issues
    • Support improvements to the dining experience
  • Contribute to team development: Under the Manager’s guidance, you’ll:

    • Supervise and support team members
    • Provide coaching and feedback
    • Assist with performance evaluations
    • Help with professional development initiatives
  • Support revenue initiatives:

    • Implement marketing strategies
    • Assist with up-selling techniques
    • Develop promotions to boost food and beverage sales
  • Recruit and train team members:

    • Assist in hiring and interviewing processes
    • Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members
    • Ensure service standards and operational excellence are upheld
