Assistant Restaurant Manager – Soraya (London, August 2026)

Join Pachamama Group to shape an extraordinary restaurant experience in our UK debut—Soraya, an alluring Persian destination bursting with flavour, refined service, and unparalleled hospitality.

About the Role

Pachamama Family delivers exceptional, immersive guest experiences across our award-winning London venues. Our upcoming restaurant, Soraya, unlocks the rich and vibrant essence of Persian cuisine in June 2026. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional eager to lead service excellence while stepping into a fast-paced, creative industry during our inaugural London opening.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager—ensuring seamless operations, championing our team, and delivering service that leaves every guest in awe.

  • Monitor service quality, guest interactions, and adherence to 荐 menu execution
  • Foster an inclusive, coachable culture—from new hires to experienced team members

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to align the team with service objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
