Assistant Restaurant Manager – Oblix at the Shard

Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering unparalleled views across central London from East to West.

  • Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space featuring open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine complements the cityscape view.
  • Oblix East provides diners with an eclectic mix of innovative dishes, along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our front-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Our Assistant Restaurant Managers are dedicated, hands-on professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards. Bringing personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
