Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering unparalleled views across central London from East to West.
- Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space featuring open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine complements the cityscape view.
- Oblix East provides diners with an eclectic mix of innovative dishes, along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our front-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

The Ideal Candidate
The right candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
- Proven leadership and motivational qualities to inspire and manage a large team
- A commitment to always learning and developing both themselves and their team
- An excellent attention to detail and unwavering high standards
