We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run our restaurant in Belgravia. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager day to day and confidently lead the team when the Manager isn’t around. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, and helping the team be their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Running shifts and leading the team when the Manager is off-site
- Handling any issues that come up, whether it’s staff, service, or customers
- Training, coaching, and supporting team members (including new starters)
- Making sure service runs smoothly and customers have a great experience
- Keeping standards high around cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in hospitality
- A confident leader who can motivate and support a team
- Calm, organised, and good at problem-solving
- Hands-on and happy to get stuck in during busy shifts
- Passion for great service and team development
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
