Who are we?
One O One Convenience Stores is the retail division of The Scotsman Group with 48 retail Convenience Stores in Glasgow, East Kilbride, and Edinburgh. We are the Largest independent Convenience Store chain in Scotland. Our stores are at the heart of our local communities, and stock a range of alcohol, tobacco, and fresh food products.
We are looking for experienced and talented Assistant Retail Space Planner to join our Head Office Team.

Role Responsibilities
- Build coherent, credible, and commercial store specific planograms based on EPOS and category insight data.
- Manage and maintain existing planograms for new lines and reange reviews in line with product changes and range development.
- Communicate with Store Managers and teams in an effective way regarding planogram launch programmes and range updates.
- Manage periodic store promotional space programme including supplier information returns, store compliance packs, secondary space plans and store point of sale packs.
- Create product allocations for new products launches, or to support availability using EPOS and market data where required.
- Support Retail director on analysis of commercials on new product ranges, supplier tenders or other strategic projects.
- Commercial category performance review of weekly reporting to investigate sales and margin trends and analyse and report on driving factors.

Requirements, Skills And Experience
- Competent at use of Excel
- Understanding of financial analysis
- Experience of retail product is desirable
- Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills essential
- Ability to interpret and analyse multiple data sets and draw sound conclusions
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
Working Hours
The role is 5 days over 7, working 40 hours per week. Standard hours are 9am till 5pm office location. No remote working.
