We're recruiting an Assistant Risk & Assurance Manager for a leading organisation with a significant presence in the music sector. This is an opportunity to take ownership of audit and assurance activities, influence decision-making across the business, and help strengthen risk management in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll deliver independent assurance, provide constructive challenge, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Role
As Assistant Risk & Assurance Manager, you'll lead and deliver internal audit reviews from planning through to reporting and follow-up, while supporting the ongoing development of the organisation's risk and control framework.

- Leading end-to-end internal audit assignments across financial and operational areas
- Delivering controls testing and identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and controls
- Supporting risk management activities, including risk assessment and monitoring emerging risks
- Producing high-quality audit reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Providing pragmatic advice on risk and control considerations for new projects, systems and processes
- Building strong relationships across the business and promoting a positive risk-aware culture.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience delivering internal audits from planning and fieldwork through to reporting and action tracking
- Strong knowledge of risk management, controls testing and assurance methodologies
- The ability to assess control effectiveness and identify practical improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and analytical approach with strong attention to detail
- Part qualification in a relevant professional qualification such as CIA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
