We’re looking for an enthusiastic manager to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agency. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced self-motivated individual.

You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in making each branch the leading sales outfit within their relevant areas.
Key Objectives
- Mentor and meet with all team members on a weekly basis
- Generate potential valuation appointments for each branch
- Win new instructions
- Engineering the touting system
- Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
- Follow-up business leads
- Achieve minimum levels of business targets

Experience / Qualifications
- 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
- Previous listing experience, preferably within the area
Hours
- Monday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm / Friday 9am to 5pm
- Rotational Saturdays
- 28 days paid holiday in each year inclusive to the normal 8 bank and statutory holidays
