Assistant Service Leader – Support Services (Renfrewshire)

Partners for Inclusion is looking for an Assistant Service Leader to join our Support Services team in Renfrewshire.
We are an independent charity providing highly individualised support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or mental health needs. Our approach is rooted in human rights and person-led practice, believing everyone has the right to live their best life, shape their own support, and achieve their goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with social care experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership, supporting day-to-day coordination, coaching colleagues, and promoting safe, effective support.

About the Role
As Assistant Service Leader, you will support confident, accountable teams by:
- Promoting consistent practice
- Contributing to reviews and planning
- Supporting quality assurance and acting as a key link between the team and the Service Leader
- Ensuring support reflects the Health and Social Care Standards, SSSC Codes of Practice, and Care Inspectorate expectations, while promoting independence, inclusion, choice, and control
- Participating in the organisational on-call rota, offering out-of-hours guidance

Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare required
- Commitment to completing SVQ Level 4 in Social Services and Healthcare
- Must be a member of the PVG Scheme
