Assistant Shop Manager
Retail Assistant Shop Manager – Fintry, Dundee, DD4 9EZ
35 hours per week (with potential for additional coverage)
As our Assistant Shop Manager, you’ll work varied shifts, including weekends (5:30 AM – 5 PM), covering 5 days from Monday to Saturday. Only apply if you can commit to this rota.

Your Key Responsibilities
Customer & Operations
- Ensure consistent excellent customer service.
- Help uphold operational standards alongside the shop manager.
- Assist with accurate scheduling and inductions of new colleagues.
Compliance & Performance
- Maintain food hygiene, legal, and health & safety standards.
- Keep cleanliness and product quality at gold standard.
- Follow cash and security protocols strictly.
- Monitor product freshness and quality throughout the day.

Team & Efficiency
- Encourage team development in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Stay “hands-on”— ادبی באתר, heading bake-offs, filling rolls, and preparing hot drinks while ensuring smooth operations.
Essential Skills & Experience
✔ Retail experience in a supervisory capacity (preferably within food-to-go). ✔ Confident, enthusiastic, results-driven. ✔ Proven track record of meeting KPIs and driving profitability. ✔ Experience in stock management.
