We’re looking for an Assistant Site Engineer to join our dedicated team at one of our key client sites, JLP Fenny Lock. If you have experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance on automated systems and MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
- Diagnose equipment faults, reset errors, and action repairs.
- Support in maintaining and improving system performance to meet 24/7 operational demands.
- Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate service records and log faults.

What You’ll Need
- A background in mechanical or electrical maintenance (FMCG or automation experience preferred).
- Confidence working with automation hardware and software.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and customers effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues.
