About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join our team in Countesthorpe, Leicester. In this capacity, you will provide essential on-site support to the Site Manager, ensuring all activities align with the build programme and company standards.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all labour on site (direct and sub-contract) to ensure activities are organised on a plot-by-plot basis, in line with the build programme schedule
- Monitor all site activities, sub-contract packages, and direct labour to confirm adherence to the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan
- Maintain adequate site security, including:
- Effective traffic management
- Prevention of theft and public access
- Provide cover during periods when the Site Manager is unavailable (e.g., meetings, holidays, or sickness).

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the housebuilding industry -Strong ability to plan, organise, and monitor sub-contract activity on a daily basis -A positive, proactive attitude with a drive for personal and professional growth within the organisation
- Relevant industry qualifications and accreditations required
