Assistant Site Manager
Farringdon | £180-£200 per day | Immediate Start
I'm working with a reputable main contractor delivering a mixed-use development in Farringdon, comprising commercial space, a new basement and 8 residential apartments.
They're looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager with a strong administration and document control skills to support the site team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the compliance and organisational side of site management while gaining further exposure to project delivery.

The Role
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.
- Managing site administration.
- Collating and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Overseeing BREEAM documentation and ensuring records are up to date.
- Managing drawings and QA revisions.
- Using Google Drive and document management software to control project information.
About You

- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
- Main contractor experience preferred.
- Experience on shell & core, cut & carve or fit-out projects would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of construction compliance and BREEAM documentation.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Available to start ASAP.
The Opportunity
- £180-£200 per day.
