Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for your next freelance opportunity?
We're working with a well-established housing developer seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a new build residential development in Kenilworth. You'll be working alongside an experienced Site Manager, giving you the opportunity to further develop your skills while playing a key role in delivering high-quality homes.

The Role
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy new build housing development.
- Managing plots from pre-plaster through to handover.
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining excellent health & safety on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing developments.
- Proven experience managing plots from pre-plaster through to handover.
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
