About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established housebuilder on a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry.
You will not be considered if you haven't worked on new-build housing projects.

Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a new-build housing development
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Monitor quality, progress, and site health & safety
- Assist with programme delivery and site inspections
- Help ensure NHBC standards and company procedures are maintained
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new-build housing developments
- Experience with either traditional build or timber frame construction
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
