Assistant Site Manager – Residential New Build Homes

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering high-quality residential new build developments.

About the Role

You will:

  • Oversee the entire construction cycle from start to finish, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Work closely with specified drawings and instructions to guide the team through every stage.
  • Support the Site Manager in:
    • Managing health and safety protocols
    • Coordinating trades and materials
    • Overseeing site presentation and handovers
    • Ensuring quality control in line with company requirements

Key Requirements

  • Prior site experience in residential new build homes (essential)
  • Qualified First Aider at Work (legal/regulatory requirement)
  • Preference for candidates with a trade background
  • Valid CSCS card
  • SMSTS certification
  • NHBC Site Manager Accreditation (strong preference)
