An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join one of the UK's leading residential developers on a fast-paced traditional build housing development in Cambridgeshire.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality homes safely, on programme and to exceptional standards. The Role
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a busy traditional build housing site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Maintain high standards of quality throughout all stages of the build.
- Carry out inspections and ensure all homes meet company and NHBC standards.
- Support the management of health and safety on site.
- Help drive build programmes while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume housebuilding.
- Traditional build housing experience is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-moving environment.
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualification preferred.
