Job description

Main purpose of the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join us at our East Ayton - Forged Valley development close to Scarborough.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager the successful candidate will assist them and the rest of the site team to manage the building project in accordance with agreed timescales, quality and cost. They will ensure that plots are completed to a standard finish which will exceed our customer’s expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Assistant Site Manager who is looking to progress in a growing business.

Essential

  • 5 GCSE’s at Grade C/4 or above along with industry requirements.
  • Full UK driving License

Desirable

  • Level 4 in Construction Management.
