The Opportunity

We're working with a leading UK residential developer delivering high-quality, affordable homes across the country. With a strong pipeline and commitment to creating thriving communities, they are now looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of live developments in Worcestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a more progressive role, working within a structured and supportive environment where development is genuinely encouraged.


The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
  • Monitoring build progress against programme targets
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
  • Supporting the customer journey through to handover
  • Assisting with cost control and efficient site delivery
  • Stepping up to lead the site when required

About You

You will already be working within a housebuilding environment and looking to progress your career in site management.

You'll bring:

  • SMSTS, Black CSCS Card & First Aid
  • NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong understanding of NHBC standards and Building Regulations
  • Experience managing subcontractors and supporting site delivery
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
