The Opportunity
We're working with a leading UK residential developer delivering high-quality, affordable homes across the country. With a strong pipeline and commitment to creating thriving communities, they are now looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of live developments in Worcestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a more progressive role, working within a structured and supportive environment where development is genuinely encouraged.
The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the day-to-day management of site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
- Monitoring build progress against programme targets
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Supporting the customer journey through to handover
- Assisting with cost control and efficient site delivery
- Stepping up to lead the site when required

About You
You will already be working within a housebuilding environment and looking to progress your career in site management.
You'll bring:
- SMSTS, Black CSCS Card & First Aid
- NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) (desirable, not essential)
- Strong understanding of NHBC standards and Building Regulations
- Experience managing subcontractors and supporting site delivery
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
