Job Opportunity: Assistant Site Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our West Midlands region, to be based at our Choristers development in Streethay, Lichfield. In this role, you will provide on-site support to the Site Manager, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with the build programme and to specified company standards.

Responsibilities
- Control of all labor on site, including direct and sub-contract, to ensure activities are coordinated on a plot-by-plot basis and as scheduled on the build programme.
- Monitoring of all site activities, direct labor, and sub-contract packages to ensure operations are carried out in strict accordance with the ‘Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan’.
- Ensure that site security is adequate and maintained at all times, including traffic management, prevention of theft, and general public access.
- Provide cover during periods when the Site Manager is off-site or for meetings, holiday cover, or sickness where required.

Requirements
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally with a Housebuilder.
- Ability to plan, organize, and monitor sub-contract activity on a day-by-day basis.
- Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business.
- Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.
