What We’re Looking For
We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energise a team to excel in:
- Safety
- Customer service
- Operations
- Team activities
What You Are Responsible For
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the team and all aspects of forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Café.
- Ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and customers, in line with bp policies and procedures.
- Maintaining legal and safety compliance across all store operations:
- Food safety
- Underage sales prevention
- Forecourt operations
- Supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service by:
- Getting the basics right
- Listening to customer feedback
- Driving continuous improvement
- Supporting team management, including:
- Engagement of the store team
- Development & training
- Recruitment
- Other people-related tasks
