What We’re Looking For

We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energise a team to excel in:

  • Safety
  • Customer service
  • Operations
  • Team activities

What You Are Responsible For

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the team and all aspects of forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Café.
  • Ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and customers, in line with bp policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining legal and safety compliance across all store operations:
    • Food safety
    • Underage sales prevention
    • Forecourt operations
  • Supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service by:
    • Getting the basics right
    • Listening to customer feedback
    • Driving continuous improvement
  • Supporting team management, including:
    • Engagement of the store team
    • Development & training
    • Recruitment
    • Other people-related tasks
