We’re Hiring: Deputy Store Manager – Zara (Birmingham)

At Zara, we move fast, think commercially and lead from the front. We’re looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our Birmingham store — a strong, visible leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and knows how to deliver results through people, product and pace

. About the Ro leAs Deputy Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive the full store operation — from sales and stock flow to team performance and customer experience. You’ll be a key connector across departments, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while keeping the energy high on the shop floo r.This is a hands-on leadership role, where no two days are the same.
