Role: Assistant Manager (London, White City Store)

Position: Assistant Manager Location: MANGO London Store – White City Hours: 40 hours weekly, flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday required)


Your Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will focus on enhancing sales performance, ensuring top-tier customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive store atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:

Operational Leadership

  • Supervise store operations to ensure seamless day-to-day functionality.
  • Lead by example and foster an environment of effective communication, teamwork, and positive collaboration within the team.
  • Optimise merchandising standards and selling space for maximum profitability.
  • Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals.
  • Achieve cost efficiency through careful planning, task prioritisation, and resource management.

Sales & Profitability

  • Driven sales performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure stock management (collection familiarity, control, and optimisation) to maximise sales.
  • Review and refine management indicators and financial metrics to drive continual improvement.
