Location: Glasgow Silverburn Salary: Excellent basic salary Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekend hours when required)

Key Duties
We are seeking an active, customer-focused Retail Assistant Manager to join our Vodafone Glasgow Silverburn Partner store. In this role, you will:

- Provide frontline support to the Store Manager, helping manage a team of Retail Advisers
- Ensure the team achieves their potential by guiding, training, and motivating them
- Assist with back-office tasks, including handling holidays and creating rotas
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for sales and customer service
- Set an energetic example to drive sales performance on the shop floor
