Responsibilities
Lead, Inspire & Develop the Team: Support the Store Manager in coaching, motivating, and developing the team, fostering a positive and high-performing environment. Drive Sales & Business Performance: Lead by example on the shop floor, monitor KPIs, and support commercial initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Champion the Lacoste customer journey by ensuring outstanding service standards and creating memorable experiences for every customer. Support Operational Excellence: Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the store, ensuring company procedures, HR processes, and performance management practices are consistently followed. Maintain Brand & Visual Standards: Embrace and uphold high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store environment reflects the premium Lacoste brand image.
