Assistant Store Manager

The global icon built on individuality, culture and confidence. As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll have a key role in bringing the brand to life on the shop floor, supporting performance, developing people and delivering inspiring customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and operational excellence
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to deliver strong performance and standout service
- Lead the floor, setting the tone for energy, standards and customer experience
- Help analyse sales results and support action plans to improve performance
- Deliver confident product storytelling and brand-led customer journeys
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards in line with Ray-Ban guidelines
- Step up as a role model for behaviours, values and ways of working

About You
- Experience in retail, ideally in a keyholder, supervisor or team lead role
- Passion for coaching, developing and supporting others
- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do mindset
- Commercially aware and customer-focused
- Organised, dependable and ready to take on more responsibility
- Interested in progressing your career in retail leadership
