Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Manager 🇬🇧 Welcome Break, Three Counties, Olney – MK46 4JQ Full-time role | Rewarding salary package up to £27,000 with bonus scheme | £10 meal allowance every shift


About This Role

Ready to take the next step in your leadership career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? As an Assistant Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll help lead the team day to day, ensuring high standards and a great customer experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people, and commercial performance, including:

  • Coaching the team on shift
  • Managing stock and daily routines
  • Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organised, and ready for every rush

This role offers real responsibility, with training and support tailored to help you progress into a Store Manager position.
