What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day shop leadership and performance.
- Motivate, coach and inspire the team to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer care, store presentation and operations.
- Help customers find eyewear solutions that combine style, comfort and optical expertise.
- Step in to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

What We’re Looking For
- Retail management or supervisory experience (optical experience not essential)
- A confident, people-first leader with strong communication skills
- Customer-obsessed, calm under pressure and solution-focused
- An interest in fashion, luxury retail and service excellence
