Assistant Store Manager | Lifestyle Menswear Brand
Locations: Chelsea & East London Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 + Commission
An exciting opportunity has become available with a lifestyle menswear brand for an Assistant Store Manager. We are recruiting for both an established boutique in Chelsea and a new store opening in East London.
This role is suited to a luxury or premium retail professional with experience in team leadership, clienteling, and driving commercial performance within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
- Drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team on the shop floor
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained

About You:
- Previous management or supervisory experience within luxury or premium retail
- Strong sales and clienteling skills
- Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
- Passion for menswear and premium fashion
