As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a Swarovski advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You’ll coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store’s success every day.
About the Job
- Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience
- Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance
- Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
- Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets
- Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance
- Step in for the Store Manager as needed
About You
- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Some leadership and coaching experience
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
- Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
- Responsible and able to take ownership
- Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
