Assistant Store Manager
Assistant Manager - Sunglass Hut

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to:
- Lead from the front and deliver an unmatched Sunglass Hut customer experience.
- Build a high-energy, feel-good culture where teams excel.
- Coach, motivate, and develop your team to crush sales and celebrate wins together.
- Support daily store operations and step into the Store Manager’s absence.
- Be a cultural ambassador, attracting and retaining top talent with confidence, style, and personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance metrics in sales, customer service, and team productivity.
- Train, mentor, and support store staff to achieve collective goals.
- Ensure operational efficiency by streamlining processes (visual merchandising, inventory, etc.).
- Represent sunglasses as a lifestyle brand and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to implement new initiatives.

- Retail experience with ** leadership or supervisory exposure** (experience in Sunglass Hut is a plus!).
