Position Overview
Explore our transformative Assistant Store Manager full-time opportunity at Molton Brown in Milton Keynes:
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Salary: £28,000

The Role: Core Responsibilities
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll make a pivotal difference by:

✔ Supporting the Store Manager in growing a high-performance team through communications, coaching, and training

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Natural ability to showcase customer-centric results
- Commercial aptitude with a passion for results-driven outcomes
