Assistant Store Manager - Vision Express Eastbourne
A fantastic development opportunity following an internal promotion.
We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Eastbourne store. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager or experienced retail leader ready to develop their career in a supportive, high-performing environment.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance. We're looking for someone with great energy, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team
- Drive sales performance and deliver key business objectives
- Create memorable customer experiences
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance
