Assistant Manager | Fashion Retail | Nottingham | Up to £27,000 Pro Rata + Benefits
Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Retail Leader looking for your next opportunity in fashion retail?
We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Nottingham. Working 32 hours per week, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, leading the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role
You'll support the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead the team by example. You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting and developing the team
- Driving sales and KPI performance
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Maintaining excellent store standards
- Supporting stock and operational processes
- Leading the store in the Store Manager's absence

What We're Looking For
You'll have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder, or Team Leader within a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for someone who is:

- Positive, hands-on, and ready for their next challenge
