Ready for your next step in fashion retail? We're recruiting an Assistant Manager for a leading fashion retailer at Glasgow Fort. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys developing teams, driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a busy fashion retail store. You'll play a key role in delivering commercial success, creating an engaging shopping experience and ensuring the store always looks its best.

You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and use your commercial awareness to drive sales and maximise KPI performance.

About You

We're looking for an Assistant Manager or experienced retail leader with:

  • Previous management experience within fashion retail, footwear, accessories or lifestyle retail
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales
  • Excellent visual merchandising skills
  • Experience coaching and developing retail teams
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a hands on leadership style

Experience within a fast paced, high volume retail environment would be an advantage.
