Job Description

Essence of the Role: You will exist to drive a store rooted in fashion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager across all aspects of store operations • Managing the store in their absence (deputy management duties) • Inspiring, coaching, and developing the retail team together with the Store Manager • Contributing to exceptional store results and performance standards • Creating exceptional customer experiences through a commitment to outstanding service and standards • Building exceptional customer relationships


About You

We seek talented individuals with:

• Strong desire to develop in leadership/management/supervisory roles • Driving results and inspiring the team to thrive collectively • A passion for fashion, with a keen insight into current trends • Previously held roles with strong experience in face-to-face customer organisations or environments
