Requirements

You’ll bring 18+ months of experience in a sports- or fashion-focused retail environment, with at least 12+ months of Assistant Store Manager responsibilities. We’re looking for:

  • Team leadership—leading with initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced analytical and communication abilities, including verbal fluency.
  • A strong understanding of visual merchandising, team training, and development.
  • Proficiency in managing KPIs and driving profitability through data-led decision-making.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally while aligning team dynamics to sales targets.
  • Advanced English proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
  • A goal-oriented mindset that balances store processes with customer needs.

Your Key Activities

  • Foster a high-performance culture by collaborating with your team, setting clear expectations, and embodying adidas values.
  • Encourage continuous learning—apply practical development insights to daily operations.
  • Support the Store Manager, taking ownership of store operations including:
    • Sales & customer service
    • Inventory management
    • Team recruitment, training, and compliance
  • Lead team motivation and development to achieve customer service excellence and store goals.
  • Establish and drive a safe, inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
