Requirements
You’ll bring 18+ months of experience in a sports- or fashion-focused retail environment, with at least 12+ months of Assistant Store Manager responsibilities. We’re looking for:
- Team leadership—leading with initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced analytical and communication abilities, including verbal fluency.
- A strong understanding of visual merchandising, team training, and development.
- Proficiency in managing KPIs and driving profitability through data-led decision-making.
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally while aligning team dynamics to sales targets.
- Advanced English proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- A goal-oriented mindset that balances store processes with customer needs.

Your Key Activities
- Foster a high-performance culture by collaborating with your team, setting clear expectations, and embodying adidas values.
- Encourage continuous learning—apply practical development insights to daily operations.
- Support the Store Manager, taking ownership of store operations including:
- Sales & customer service
- Inventory management
- Team recruitment, training, and compliance
- Lead team motivation and development to achieve customer service excellence and store goals.
- Establish and drive a safe, inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
