Assistant Store Manager | Luxury Retail

Central London Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a leading retail business within either a boutique or department store environment in Central London.

We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven retail professional with strong leadership skills, a client focused approach, and a proven track record of delivering results within luxury or premium retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the boutique or concession
  • Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets
  • Deliver exceptional client experience through personalised service and clienteling
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Ensure visual merchandising, operational, and brand standards are consistently maintained
  • Support stock management, inventory control, and overall business operations
  • Contribute to the commercial success and growth of the business

  • Previous management or supervisory experience within a boutique, concession, or department store environment
  • Strong sales, clienteling, and customer service skills
  • Commercially driven with a hands on leadership style
