Assistant Store Manager | Luxury Retail
Central London Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a leading retail business within either a boutique or department store environment in Central London.
We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven retail professional with strong leadership skills, a client focused approach, and a proven track record of delivering results within luxury or premium retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the boutique or concession
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets
- Deliver exceptional client experience through personalised service and clienteling
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Ensure visual merchandising, operational, and brand standards are consistently maintained
- Support stock management, inventory control, and overall business operations
- Contribute to the commercial success and growth of the business

About You:
- Previous management or supervisory experience within a boutique, concession, or department store environment
- Strong sales, clienteling, and customer service skills
- Commercially driven with a hands on leadership style
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
